Delete your PairNova account
The fastest method is inside PairNova: open Profile, choose Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm. In-app deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account cannot be recovered after you confirm deletion.
Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your PairNova account. Include the words “Delete my PairNova account” and your registered email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion to prevent unauthorized requests. Verified email requests are completed within 15 calendar days.

Your account, public profile, matches, messages, uploaded media, and associated service data are deleted. PairNova does not apply an additional retention period to this account, profile, match, message, or media data after deletion is completed.
Limited records that may be kept
Payment or tax records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and documented safety-investigation records may be retained only when applicable law or an active investigation requires it. These records are access-restricted, are not used to recreate your profile, and are deleted or anonymized when that legal or investigative retention requirement ends.
