Delete your PairNova account
The fastest method is inside PairNova: open Profile, choose Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and starts deletion of the data associated with it.
Cannot access the app?
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your PairNova account. Include the words “Delete my PairNova account” and your registered email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.

Your account, public profile, matches, messages, uploaded media, and associated service data are deleted. Limited records may be retained only when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, security, or documented safety investigations. Those records are access-restricted and removed when the lawful retention period ends.
