PairNova moderation standards
- Private chats are treated as protected conversations and reviewed only for required safety checks.
- Vulgar, abusive, sexual, or inappropriate language is not allowed.
- First violation receives a polite warning, second violation receives a strict warning, and repeated violations may lead to account blocking.
- Profile and uploaded images must stay respectful. Nudity, sexual content, and offensive visuals are rejected.
- Photo uploads on PairNova must stay within the allowed image limits for the active flow and follow the same rules for every user equally.
1. Protect your personal information
Do not share sensitive information such as your home address, bank details, passwords, or OTPs with anyone you meet online.
2. Watch for suspicious behavior
Be cautious if someone asks for money, gift cards, or financial assistance. Scammers often create fake profiles to exploit users.
3. Use the platform chat first
Before sharing phone numbers or social media accounts, get to know the person through PairNova's chat system.
4. Meet in public places
If you decide to meet someone in person, choose a public location and inform a friend or family member about your plans.
5. Trust your instincts
If something feels uncomfortable or suspicious, stop the conversation and report the profile.
6. Respectful conversations only
PairNova does not allow vulgar, abusive, sexually explicit, or degrading messages. If inappropriate language is detected, the conversation may be stopped and moderation actions may follow.
7. Photo and profile moderation
All profile images and visual uploads must remain respectful and non-sexual. PairNova may reject content that appears vulgar, suggestive, abusive, or unsafe for the community.
8. AI safety monitoring
PairNova uses AI tools to help detect potential red flags, harmful behavior, unsafe communication patterns, and repeated moderation violations.
