9. Content Moderation
We use a combination of AI-based content filtering, user reports, and manual moderation where applicable. Content that may be removed includes offensive or explicit material, misleading or harmful content, and policy violations.
10. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for exercising caution while interacting, verifying information independently, and respecting other users. PairNova does not guarantee the behavior or intent of any user.
11. Incident Response
When safety risks are detected, immediate action may be taken (restriction, suspension), reports are reviewed, and repeat offenders are permanently banned.
12. Limitations of Safety Systems
While we use advanced systems, no system is 100% accurate. Some harmful behavior may not be detected, and users must remain cautious.
13. Data & Safety
Safety systems may process interaction patterns, behavioral signals, and reports and complaints to improve detection, prevent harm, and enhance user experience.

Violation of this Safety Policy may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension or permanent ban, and legal action if required.
