These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and PairNova LLP, operating the PairNova brand (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the PairNova platform, including its website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using PairNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About PairNova
PairNova is an AI-powered relationship platform designed to help users build meaningful, safe, and emotionally healthy connections. The platform uses artificial intelligence for compatibility matching, conversation guidance, behavioral insights, safety monitoring, and user experience optimization.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use PairNova. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18, are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, are not prohibited from using such services under applicable law, and that the information you provide is accurate. PairNova does not allow minors under any circumstances. Misrepresenting your age may result in immediate account restriction, suspension, or termination.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted through your account. You agree to immediately notify us of unauthorized access. PairNova is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
4. Platform Nature & No Guarantee
PairNova is a facilitation platform. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or relationships, do not verify the intent or character of users fully, and do not control user interactions. All interactions are at your own risk. The Service or any feature may be changed, interrupted, suspended, unavailable, or withdrawn from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes; security, legal, or operational needs may require action without advance notice.
5. User Conduct & Community Rules
You agree not to create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles, impersonate any person or entity, harass or abuse others, share sexually explicit, violent, illegal, hateful, or deceptive content, engage in scams or solicitation, or collect/misuse other users' data. PairNova does not allow escort services, prostitution, sugar dating, compensated dating, paid companionship, mail-order bride activity, international marriage brokering, romance tours, trafficking, sexual services, or any arrangement where romantic or sexual access is exchanged for money, gifts, travel, sponsorship, mentorship, or other value. Violations may result in suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to authorities if required.
6. AI Features & Limitations
PairNova includes AI Coach, Chat Simulator, Virtual AI Partner, Compatibility Scoring, and Behavioral Analysis & Safety Detection. AI outputs are automated and may be inaccurate. AI advice is informational only and does not replace professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions based on AI outputs.
7. Safety Systems & Fake Profile Detection
PairNova uses AI to detect bot-like behavior, suspicious activity, stolen/manipulated images, and harassment patterns. No system is 100% accurate. We do not guarantee complete prevention of harmful users. Users must exercise independent judgment and caution.
8. Offline Interaction Safety
Users are responsible for all offline interactions. PairNova does not verify or monitor in-person meetings or other interactions outside the Service and does not guarantee their safety. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PairNova is not liable for harm, loss, or incidents arising from offline interactions between users. Exercise caution, meet in a public place, inform someone you trust, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
9. Face Verification & Biometric Data
Face verification may be used to confirm identity. By using this feature, you consent to temporary processing of facial data and use of third-party verification tools (if applicable). Biometric data is not sold and is stored only as necessary or deleted after verification depending on implementation.
10. Privacy & Data Processing
We may collect profile information, messages and interaction patterns, behavioral data (usage, engagement), and device/technical data. Data is used to improve AI models, enhance safety systems, and personalize user experience. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Content Rights & License
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant PairNova a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, process, and analyze content for platform functionality. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or rights.
12. Intermediary Status & User Content
Users are solely responsible for the profile content, messages, photos, and other material they submit or transmit through the Service. To the extent PairNova acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, it provides access to user-generated content subject to applicable intermediary obligations. PairNova may moderate, restrict, preserve, disclose where lawfully required, or remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
13. Prohibited Technical Use
You agree not to reverse engineer or copy the platform, use bots/scrapers/automation tools, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system security or performance.
14. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Certain optional app features may be paid. Payments are for software access and platform features only. They are not payments to users, not payments for dates or companionship, and not payments for sexual, romantic, marriage, or personal introductions. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
15. Termination & Account Actions
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion, remove content violating policies, or limit access without prior notice in high-risk cases. Users may delete their account at any time.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairNova is not liable for user behavior or misconduct, emotional or relationship outcomes, or losses and disputes between users. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PairNova harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. Third-Party Services, Websites & Applications
PairNova may use or link to third-party services, websites, or applications, such as AI tools and verification providers. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, content, actions, or failures of these third-party sites or services. Review their terms and privacy policies before providing information.
19. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
20. Governing Law, Arbitration & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties. Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters relating to the arbitration and any matters not capable of resolution by arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical outages, cyberattacks).
22. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PairNova regarding use of the Service.
