This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how PairNova LLP, operating the PairNova brand (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects your personal data when you access or use our platform, including website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using PairNova, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Platform Overview
PairNova is an AI-driven relationship platform designed to facilitate meaningful, safe, and emotionally intelligent connections. The platform uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and behavioral analytics to improve compatibility matching, conversation quality, and user safety.
2. Definitions
Personal Data: Any information that identifies or can identify an individual. Sensitive Data: Data requiring higher protection (e.g., biometric data, messages). Processing: Collection, storage, use, analysis, or sharing of data. AI Systems: Algorithms used for matching, safety detection, and insights.

Depending on the data and feature involved, PairNova processes personal data on one or more of the following bases, as recognized under applicable law: • Consent: where you provide clear and informed consent, such as when creating a profile, enabling permissions, or choosing eligible AI features • Contractual Necessity: to provide, maintain, and operate the PairNova Service you request under our Terms • Legitimate Interests: where applicable, to improve services, ensure safety, prevent fraud, protect users, and enhance user experience, provided those interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms • Legal Obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities • Compliance Purposes: to enforce our Terms and Conditions and handle disputes, investigations, abuse reports, and enforcement actions Where applicable law requires consent or another specific basis for a particular processing activity, we will use that basis.
6. AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making
PairNova uses AI systems to match users based on compatibility, analyze conversations and suggest improvements, detect unsafe or suspicious behavior, and provide emotional and behavioral insights. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and not always accurate, decisions may be partially automated, and human oversight may be applied in certain cases.

We do NOT sell your personal data. 7.1 Service Providers • Cloud hosting providers • Analytics tools • AI/ML infrastructure providers 7.2 Verification & Safety Partners • Identity verification services • Fraud detection systems 7.3 Advertising Partners We may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services on public editorial article pages. Advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads. Third parties, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons or IP addresses as a result of ad serving on PairNova. 7.4 Legal Authorities • When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request • To address credible safety threats, protect rights or property, or support lawful investigations Service providers and partners are required to handle information consistently with contractual obligations and applicable data protection law.
8. Data Storage & Security
We implement end-to-end or strong encryption where applicable, secure servers and databases, role-based access control, and continuous monitoring and threat detection. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure and users share data at their own risk.
9. Data Breach Notification
If a personal data breach may affect your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, and mitigate the incident. We will provide notice to affected users and/or relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including within any timeline that applicable law requires. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve functionality, analyze usage, remember preferences, prevent abuse, and support advertising on public pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to serve ads based on a user's visits to PairNova and/or other websites. You can manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings and manage cookies through your browser settings. PairNova does not pass profile names, email addresses, phone numbers, face verification data, private chats, or other personally identifiable information to Google ad requests.
14. Children’s Privacy
PairNova is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is not directed to children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account or submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information and restrict the account.
15. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in different countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual protections and secure data handling practices.
16. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or applications. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of these third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
17. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. Changes will be communicated through platform notifications and an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use implies acceptance.

19. Consent & Withdrawal of Consent
Where PairNova relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting admin@pairnova.in or by using available in-app controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal and may affect your ability to use features that require the relevant data or permission. Where express opt-in consent is required by law for precise location, biometric verification, sensitive permissions, eligible AI features, or similar data, PairNova will ask before collecting or using that data.
20. Advertising & Sensitive Data Safeguards
PairNova does not use Google ad products to target ads based on sensitive personal information, private relationship activity, sexual behavior or orientation, biometric verification data, health information, financial hardship, religion, political views, or similar sensitive categories. Advertising code is intended for public editorial article pages, not private account, chat, payment, verification, or profile-management screens.
